Creamy Chia Pudding



Gluten-free, high in protein and fibre, full of omegas, super creamy and super delicious. Plant-based suggestions available.



RECIPE | Serves: 1| Prep time: soak overnight

Ingredients:

  • 25-30g (approx. 2 VERY heaped tbsp.) chia seeds

  • ½ cup milk (I like Koko unsweetened coconut)

  • ¼ cup plain yoghurt of choice (I use natural Greek yoghurt, but feel free to sub in a plant-based alternative)

  • 3-5 drops of vanilla stevia or flavdrops (can easily sub 1 tsp. honey/maple/agave syrup etc. and a drop or two of vanilla essence)


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into an airtight container or jar and leave in the fridge to set overnight.

  2. Top with fresh fruit, nut butter, cacao nibs, granola etc. in the morning and enjoy!
